The President and CEO of GVC Partners is Roger Conrado. Roger holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Texas Tech University and a Masters degree in International Business and Finance from the Stern School of Business at NYU. He has been a regional manager at ExxonMobil Corporation and has worked as a project manager in the US developing several electromechanical projects in Europe and the Middle East. Roger is also a lecturer and professor at several universities around the country teaching in graduate and undergraduate business and finance programs.

The Managing Director of the Legal Division at GVC Partners is Carlos A. Conrado. Carlos has a law degree from UCA and had the responsibility of managing one of the largest regional law firms in the country. He was also the legal advisor of ProNicaragua the Government investment promoting agency. Carlos has served as legal advisor in commercial transactions to Fortune 500 companies and as lead counsel in the merger and acquisitions of regional firms. Carlos provided legal advice to one of the most important tourism industry companies in the purchase of real estate in Nicaragua. Carlos has served as lead counsel to multilateral agencies, international banks and financial institutions in the structuring and security of loans to the national financial system and private companies.
