Our Management Team

Roger Conrado

Roger Conrado is The President and CEO of GVC Partners, a consulting company helping investors establish their operations in Nicaragua and other Central American countries. Roger holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Texas Tech University and a Masters degree in International Business and Finance from the Stern School of Business at NYU. He has been a regional manager at ExxonMobil Corporation and has worked as a project manager in the US developing several electromechanical projects in Europe and the Middle East. Roger is also a lecturer and professor at several universities around the country teaching in graduate and undergraduate business and finance programs.

Carlos Conrado

The Managing Director of the Legal Division at GVC Partners is Carlos A. Conrado. Carlos has a law degree from UCA and had the responsibility of managing one of the largest regional law firms in the country. He is also the legal advisor of ProNicaragua the Government investment promoting agency. Carlos has served as legal advisor in commercial transactions to fortune 500 companies and served as lead counsel in the merger and acquisitions of regional firms.  Carlos has advice one of the most important tourism industry companies in the purchase or real estate in Nicaragua.  Carlos has served as lead counsel to multilateral agency in the structuring and security loans to the national financial system.  He has also served as lead counsel international banks and financial institution in the granting and security of loan to National and international companies.
